Czech Republic hotels — where to stay

If you want to get into the country of a year-round romance we advise you travelling through the Czech Republic by car, train or bus. Each city is full of its own charm. There is a loving mood everywhere in Royal Prague in spring. No wonder the capital of the Czech Republic is very popular with honeymooners. In autumn there is nothing more beautiful than ancient cities buried in multi-colored foliage: Cesky Krumlov (Bohemian Crumlaw), Turnov. In winter you can go to Spindleruv Mlyn for skiing and celebrating the New Year. Summer is perfect to rent a comfortable apartment on the banks of the picturesque lake (Hotel Port Doksy, Hotel Orlík Vystrkov, Pálavské Apartmány, Resort Beach Nová Živohošť). read more

What to do and what to see
In the Czech Republic tourist inevitably faces a dilemma – what to see and neglect. It's amazing how many interesting sights especially palaces and castles can be found in a single and relatively small country. It is impossible to decide what architectural masterpiece is the best or to list them all – there are lots of them and they are beautiful. In South Moravia there are two castles forming a single park ensemble Lednicko-Valtický areál; the same region is famous for its wine-making. You will definitely admire the incredible beauty of the castle Hluboká. Garni Hotel is located in Dobříš Castle which holds celebrations as well. The Jesuit monastery of the 16th century is now converted into a Hotel Růže Cesky Krumlov. Château Liblice and Zámek Jemniště attract travelers with their magical interiors.

One of the national treasures of the Czech Republic is beer. If you want the best tasting it is better to go to Plzen with Pilsner Urquell brewery that annually holds the biggest beer festival of the country.

In the west of the country there are Czech spa resorts the most famous of which is the city of Karlovy Vary. There are healing springs in neighboring cities as well: Frantiskovy Lazne, Marianske Lazne, Poděbrady. Hotels in these regions are focused on spa treatments (Hotel Imperial Karlovy Vary, Spa & Kur Hotel Harvey, Falkensteiner Hotel Grand Spa Marienbad).

Where to stay
Not only architectural monuments but also hotels in the Czech Republic often cause delight thanks to their available prices and high quality service. In the historic center of any city there are spacious and low-cost apartments with a nice design. Hotel Zámecká Apartmá complements the complex of Krumlov Castle. At home of the beer brand Budweiser Budvar, in Ceske Budejovice, the perfect Grandhotel Zvon is awaiting its customers. In the suburbs, in the nature, there are numerous private mini-hotels managed by hospitable hosts: (Pension Laura, Ekofarma Rytířova Lhota, Pension Klokočí).
